Isaac helped us out all throughout the process, this is my 4th out of state M purchase and it was smooth and fast. Got details pics and videos prior to me flying out with my sister and completing the deal, Isaac and his team made sure I was well taken care of and even got me a Lyft from the airport to the dealership! I worked with a great team of people: - Chris Cardona (General Sales Manager) - Rick Antoine (Product Specialist) - Jordan Goldberg (Finance Manager) I was offered a very competitive and fair trade-in value along with excellent lease terms compared to the other dealerships I spoke with. This was nothing like my past experiences at dealerships; everything was easy and streamlined. I don’t say this lightly as I came in short on time, asked a lot of questions, and the team was nothing but patient (and able to clearly answer those questions!) I never felt rushed or pressured, and they still managed to make the process smooth and efficient. TLDR: The team was knowledgeable, honest, and accommodating. I’m not a fan of dealerships, but the atmosphere here was genuinely welcoming and I had a great experience. True professionals and good people. I already referred a friend and will gladly do so again.

Rare is the positive experience at a car dealership. I was pleasantly greeted, directed to a sales person, Auto, who listened carefully to what I needed and what I wanted. He showed me cars that are only in that range and did not try to upsell me on anything, but showed me the difference between the variety of trails. We went on a longer than average test drive and answered all my questions. Finally, and this is most important. The actual sale went about as smoothly as it could. And, I came home with a new Subaru outback. That is a big head with my entire family. Super experience!

My experience wasn't nearly as bad as the many one-star reviews, which mostly seem to be from a year ago, but it wasn't stellar either. I bought my dream truck (Honda Ridgeline) less than two years ago, but a POS guy going 40+ in a 25 zone ran a stop sign and totaled it. I went without a vehicle for five months, but in New Jersey, that's just not doable. After doing research and getting recommendations from two other Subaru owners and Consumer Reports, I settled on the mid-tier Impreza (in dark blue). Lynnes was the closest dealership that had one, so that's where I went. I had decided come hell or high water I would be leaving with that vehicle, so it wasn't like they had to sell me on it, so I wasn't giving off hesitant or resistant vibes (which so many of the one-star reviews say the sales staff reacted negatively to), therefore I don't know how it would have gone if I had. My salesman, Juan, was very friendly, easy to talk to, really nice guy, and had answers to almost all of my questions, but didn't show me how to link my phone with the vehicle's onboard computer, which I specifically asked him to because I never got that to work on the Ridgeline (he probably forgot; it did take over 4 hours to finish the deal, after all). I finally drove away in my (well, their, I decided last-minute to lease) new Impreza. And that's when the negatives started to appear. I'd only been driving modern vehicles for 2 years (I bought my first, the Nissan XE-V6, when I was 35, and had it for 26 years), so the dashboard was completely foreign to me, and I did not notice right away that the car already had 75 miles on it (Chris, the finance guy, told me it had 11), and that the gas tank was only half full (the papers I got told me it would be full)—the drive home from the dealership is only 17 minutes, so I didn't empty half the tank doing that. Then I got a letter from Subaru finance saying there were errors (theirs) on my paperwork. And, finally, when I brought the car back to have the upgrades I paid for installed, nobody came to help me when I drove into the service station lot—I had to get out of the car and get the only employee I could see to put down his cell phone and tell me what to do (the intake person I dealt with, Roberto, was very friendly and helpful, though). A bit shady and disappointing all around, but not horrible, and Juan did say he would fill my tank if I brought it in. Maybe it's because I can't help comparing it to the Honda dealership (DCH Paramus Honda), which was huge, clean, and filled with amenities (Lynnes is pretty small, drab, and a bit run down), but I just can't give this experience five stars. Will modify it if future experiences (oil change, tire rotation, actually getting my tank filled, etc.) warrant it.

After visiting numerous dealerships and having less than pleasant experiences (ie car online not available even after confirming availability, chaotic environments, waited even with an appt), I was so happy to find and purchase the car I wanted from Lynnes Subaru. David, my salesperson was amazing and worked with me patiently as was Corry the sales manager! The dealership itself was clean and organized!
