The Chevy Malibu's entertainment center is rather limited compared to the Subaru Legacy's, as it only features a touchscreen display with the higher trim levels. Regarding collision protection, the Subaru Legacy offers dual-stage deployment frontal airbags, side-curtain airbags, pelvis airbags, and seat cushion airbags. The Chevy Malibu only features dual front/rear side mounted airbags and front/rear head airbags.
